STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Ben & Jerry’s teamed up with streaming service Netflix to launch a new ice cream called Netflix and Chill’d.
“We’ve teamed up with Netflix to churn up something extra special!” said Ben & Jerry’s on its website. “And just like Netflix, there’s something in this pint for everyone.”
The ice cream company announced the new flavor on its Twitter account on Jan. 15 with a video.

The flavor is available in 1-pint ice cream, 1-pint vegan non-dairy frozen dessert, and available in its brick-and-mortar ice cream shops. It contains peanut, sweet and salty pretzel swirls and fudge brownies, according to the containers.
“Get ready for a brand new addition to the Netflix originals you know and love: ice cream,” the video said. “Introducing Ben & Jerry’s Netflix & Chill’d: the first Netflix Original Flavor from Ben & Jerry’s. The perfect pint to go with all your favorites. You’ll never want to watch Netflix without it.”
Ben & Jerry’s also shared an alcoholic drink inspired by the new flavor, the Chill’d-tini. The drink is a fudge drizzled martini glass with a peanut butter and crushed salted pretzel rim, filled with gin, brandy, creme de cacao and Irish cream.
While the flavor isn’t yet available in Ben & Jerry’s product finder, it’s expected to be in grocery stores where the ice creams are typically sold.
