Sugar fiends, you have a new sweet spot to add to your foodie bucket list this year.
A cereal-infused ice cream shop called Crumble Cookie Bar opened last month in Englewood. It’s located at 14 Engle Street and open seven days a week, from noon to 2 a.m.
Cereal-infused ice cream has gained popularity recently, and the concept is just what it sounds like — mixing or blending cereal into ice cream. Some shops even go as far as to create cereal milk lattes, like Milk Bar in New York City.
The menu at Crumble Cookie Bar includes ice cream infused with cereals such as Fruity Pebbles and Captain Crunch Berries. Cereal crumble bars and giant cookies stuffed with Nutella, toffee, pretzels and chocolate chips are also available.
This isn’t the first cookie and cereal-infused ice cream concept in New Jersey. The Cookie Connect in Bloomfield and Ridgewood also offers similar creations.
