An ice cream maker in the area has released an e-book with holiday dessert recipes.
Holland-based Hudsonville Ice Cream made the free e-book available online last week.
In addition to a list of dessert creations incorporating ice cream or frozen dairy-free desserts by Hudsonville, the e-book comes with a coupon to purchase the ice cream flavors featured in the recipes.
The recipe e-book features 17 ice cream-inspired recipes from “influencers and recipe creators in Michigan and throughout the Midwest, including Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis and more.”
“These desserts will spice up any holiday party you’re hosting or attending,” said Rachel Hamden, marketing operations manager, Hudsonville Ice Cream.
Hamden added that the e-book is a way to “bring something new and delicious to the holiday table and create new memories with the people who are special in our lives.”
The e-book includes a variety of recipes: gingerbread brownie sundae; peppermint ice cream pie; holiday ice cream bars; and more.
